Senior Minister

Dean Jackson is the Senior Minister at Westwood Christian Church. He has been with Westwood since June of 2006. Dean and his family, his wife Lisa and their boys Tim and Daniel, moved to Westwood from Mobely, Missouri. Dean is a 2006 Graduate of Central Christian College of the Bible.


 

 Associate Minister

Mike Hawkins is the Associate Minister of Westwood. He started this ministry in April of 2010. Mike is married to Sarah and they have three children,Austin, Caitlin, and Sydney. Mike has studied for ministry at Kentucky Christian University and is currently enrolled at Summit Theological Seminary.


 
 

Music Minister

Jeffrey McFarlin is the Music Minister at Westwood. Jeff has been serving in this role since March of 2010. Jeff is married to Jennifer

and they have two children, Parker and Payton. Jeff is an employee of the City of Ashland and a graduate of Morehead State University.

Rain (Reedia) Morrison is the secretary of Westwood Christian Church. Rain has been a member since October of 1983.  She has one daughter,

Deborah Morrison who is a student  at the University of Louisville and will be graduating in 2012. Rain attended KCU 2003-2007 with a major

in education and a minor in Bible.  She teaches the pre-teen Sunday School Class and is one of two base players for  "Always Ready".

  Church Secondary Pianist

Bethany Purdee is the daughter of Willie & Angie Purdee. Bethany is a homeschool graduate of 2011 and is currently a nursing student at ACTC.
She has been playing piano for twelve years and has been playing for Westwood for the past year. She also plays keyboard in Westwood's
contemporary praise band, Pick Jesus.
